It was like this when I was on tour with Cirque. We changed cities every week, and at a certain point we all got novelty fatigue. I still hate staying in most hotels because we lived in them for like 4 years. Would rather live in a Greek hut with no WiFi and like, the local goats for company, lol.

Omg yes NOVELTY FATIGUE. And omg Greek hut with local goats would actually be the move. That’s kinda how it was for me in Albania - I had to walk up a huge hill every day to get back home and nothing was really going on, but helped sooo much to reset that fatigue. I’m feeling it creep up in Europe - determined to be bored some days!!

I definitely feel this way at times too. Sometimes, I find myself longing for a couple of weeks where I can focus solely on work and establish a proper routine, especially when I'm moving around frequently and experiencing so many new things. That’s why I really enjoy being a slowmad now.

P.S. I didn’t realize you’re leaving Berlin already, as I haven’t been in town for most of your time here. However, I would love to meet for coffee if you're up for it whenever we find ourselves in the same city again. By the way, I loved watching your vlogs in the last few days and seeing your stories from places in my hometown!
